When is check-in/check-out time?
Check-in is at 4PM and check-out is at 11AM. Early check-ins are not allowed.
What do I need in order to check-in?
Upon check-in, we require a government issued photo ID and an active credit card that will authorize for the total amount of room and tax, plus $100 for each night. Unfortunately, we do not except cash or checks. We accept Visa, American Express and MasterCard.
How do I get to the hotel?
We recommend Uber for first time visitors. Use code "isela6ue" and you’ll get $5 off your first four rides. See our Location page for directions from the train station and airport.
Are pets allowed?
No pets are allowed.
Do you allow smoking on property? In the rooms?
The Suites at Bay and the restaurant downstairs are a 100% non-smoking establishment. There will be a minimum of a $500 cleaning fee charged for anyone who violates this policy.
Do you have high-speed wired and/or wireless internet access available? And how much does it cost?
Yes, we offer wireless high-speed Internet access, which is complimentary for hotel guests
Do you have a fitness center?
Not on site. Gym access is provided to our guests at 1 West Broughton’s Fitness on Broughton. Call them at 912-236-3331 for hours and access.
Do you offer room service?
Yes. All guest rooms have menus with 25+ options. Or you may choose to eat at the Suites at Bay Treylor Park GastroPub, which serves contemporary comfort food on the first floor.
What are the most common guest issues?

Buyer Beware! We find that very few people are disappointed with their guest experience at the Suites at Bay. However, most disappointment stems from consumers' unfulfilled expectations because they fail to carefully examine our entire website in detail before they arrive. So, please review the website and call us with any questions. Please choose a different hotel if the following issues will cause you to be disappointed:

  • Size of Guest Rooms - very stylish, ample, and large, but not large enough for king-sized beds.
  • City Noise - occasional sirens, delivery/trash removal trucks - if you're a light sleeper, we recommend you stay outside the city. This is especially true for second floor units.
  • View from some Studio Suites is not "scenic" - some windows face brick row houses and residential alleys

Do you have a business center? What are the hours?
We do not have a business center on site. FedEx Kinkos is located at 5 W Broughton Street, Savannah, GA 31401. Call them at (912) 443-1901 for specifics.
Do you have a pool?
We do not have a pool at the hotel.
Do you have a spa?
No. There are several spas we recommend within a 5-10 minute walk. Please contact Isel for additional information.
What are your cross streets?
We are on Bay Street between Drayton Street and Abercorn Street.
Do you have on-site parking?
No, though we do offer one spot per reservation at 20 Lincoln Street. You must display the parking pass on the dashboard and use a spot that is not covered and not numbered.
Will your rooms allow rollaways/cribs/playards?
Rooms are ample and efficient. We do not offer rollaway beds. We do, however, offer a Pack-N-Play for infants when requested (based on availability).
I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?
You must contact the website with whom you originally made the reservation. We cannot change or edit third-party website reservations.
What is the minimum age requirement to check-in to the hotel?
18 years of age with valid license or passport, or accompanied by parent.
What is your cancellation /deposit policy?
Fourteen whole days’ notice for full refund.
Is my ID/passport required at check-in?
Yes.
Do you have any connecting rooms?
No.
Do you have an early departure fee?
Any early departures will be charged an extra one night and tax.
What are the hours of the Suites at Bay Lounge?
Open 7 days a week. Late hours on the weekends.
I have questions about my bill. Who do I call?
Call the Suites at Bay at 844-247-1115 and ask to speak with Isel.
I want flowers/ chocolates/ champagne/ gifts sent to the room. How do I do this?

Do you offer meeting space at the Suites at Bay Hotel?
We do not have formal meeting space, though our first floor restaurant may accommodate such gatherings with advance notification.
